Some interesting libraries. But perhaps I am old and stodgy. I sort of prefer perl. And I am STILL of the opinion that browser based programming is really NOT the best way to accomplish most critical tasks.

Nice one. Even though I don't use it.

Ajax does look interesting; however, I'm not liable to use it since I do more backend work than web UI work.

                  A. While most of the code on the page is very useful and I enjoyed looking through them, as a professional web developer I will point out that a lot of those apps are NOT Ajax, but just Javascript. Not to put them down, but the distinction needs to be made. AJAX shouldn't be loosely used for all fancy Javascript-enabled Web 2.0 techniques.

                  B. For those comparing Perl, PHP etc. as well as backend functionalities to AJAX and saying you won't use it, AJAX is a platform intended to make interaction from the web page to the backend server-side processing files easier using the bridge, so PHP, Perl, ASP etc. is a huge part of it. In fact, it cannot even be truly considered AJAX if there is no server-side processing file involved.. which is why I say most of the stuff is not AJAX.
