That was bad enough. This week it is actually worse: not only is a Tennessee baby girl named " Sarah McCain Palin," but her judgment-challenged father gave her that name without his wife's knowledge . He secretly wrote in the name on his daughter's birth certificate, even though he and his wife had agreed on the name " Ava Grace."
